Madhyamik Classroom Programme is systematically designed to build the foundation of the students and to prepare them for ultimate success in Board Examinations. We take pride in informing you that since last 25 years, more than 35 to 40 Pathfinder students have been constantly amongst the top 10 Madhyamik Rankers and more than 1600 students securing more than 90% marks.

Class VIII

  1. The objective of the parents behind the enrollment of their wards in Pathfinder, is to ensurethat their wards have constant progress and excellent results in school examinations and the forthcoming Board Examinations.The Academic Board of Pathfinder, systematically analysis the syllabus of the Board and develops a Lecture Plan for a academic year with the schedule of Class Tests, Unit Tests and Mock Tests. Special Support Classes are provided to the students if their School syllabus does not tally with the main Lecture Plan. This ensures excellent results in the unit tests, half yearly and annual examinations conducted by the respective schools. Pathfinder counselors nurture and guide the students as well as guardians on all the matters related to the progress of the students.Thus the parents can relax, appreciateand keep contributing their moral support.
  1. Specialist Faculties: Very often it has been seen that an individual subject teacher is given the responsibility of subjects other than his or her specialized subject. For examplea history subject specialist is seen teaching Geography also. Thus theteacher actually compromises on Geography, thereby doing injustice to the students of Geography. We are Pathfinder understand the seriousness behind this commonly made mistake. We thus ensure that Individual Subject Experts are given responsibility of only the specialized subject. This ensures that the student avails the specialized knowledge and in-depth essence of the particular subject and gradually develops a liking for the respective subject. Every class is concluded with a question answer round. This enables the Specialist Teacher to gauge the level of understanding of the students on the topic covered. Incase of any doubt, pertaining to the understanding of any student,the teacher separately takes up the particular topic to ensure that has been successfully understood by the whole class. To ensure complete focus and attentiveness by the students, token prizes are also distributed to motivate the students.
  2. Our Class Tests on all subjects are regularly conducted to analysis the in depth understanding of the students. The respective subject Teachers critically check the answer scripts to identify doubts that might still persist in the minds of the students.
  3. Home Assignments are provided to each student after completion of each chapter which are corrected by the faculty members with their expert comments.
  4. Smart Class on specific subject has been conducted so as the students get a clear conceptual knowledge of the chapters.
  5. At the end of each month Faculty members provide their expert feedbacks of individual student which guide them to do much better in their studies.

Classroom Programme is conducted only at Hazra Centre. Thrice a week (all classes are held in weekdays) from 6.00pm-9.00pm.
