Class VIII

  • The objective of the Parents behind the enrollment of their wards in Pathfinder, is to ensure that their wards have Constant progress and excellent results in school examinations and the forthcoming Board Examinations.

The Academic Board of Pathfinder, systematically analysis the syllabus of the different schools and develops a common syllabus. The Topics that are not grouped into this main syllabus are separately covered in details. This ensures excellent results in the unit tests, half yearly and annual examinations conducted by the respective schools.

Pathfinder counselors nurture and guide the students as well as guardians on all the matters related to the progress of the students.

Thus the parents can relax, appreciateand keep contributing their moral support.

  • Specialist Faculties: Very often it has been seen that an individual subject teacher is given the responsibility of subjects other than his or her specialized subject. For example, A history subject specialist is seen teaching Geography also. Thus theteacher actually compromises on Geography, thereby doing injustice to the Students of Geography. We at Pathfinder understand the seriousness behind this commonly made blunder. We thus ensure that Individual Subject Experts are given responsibility of only the specialized subject. This ensures that the student avails the specialized knowledge and in-depth essence of the particular subject and gradually develops a liking for the respective subject. Every class is concluded with a question answer round. This enables the Specialist Teacher to gauge the level of understanding of the students on the topic covered. Incase of any doubt, pertaining to the understanding of any student, the teacher separately takes up the particular topic to ensure that has been successfully understood by the whole class. To ensure complete focus and attentiveness by the students, token prizes are also distributed to motivate the students.

  • Our Class Tests on all subjects are regularly conducted to analysis the in depth understanding of the students. The respective subject Teachers critically check the answer scripts to identify doubts that might still persist in the minds of the students.
